The staff, while not available in person at 17:30 on Wednesday, did their best to assist us through the provided phones. Additionally, the senior lady they called to meet us may not have spoken English, but we managed to communicate effectively. While the television channels were in Polish only, it didn't detract from our enjoyable stay. we would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, quietness, and convenient location.
